What Is an FFL?
A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and authorizes a business to engage in the manufacture, importation, and dealing of firearms. As a licensed FFL dealer, CS Firearms LLC is authorized to conduct background checks through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), process legal firearm transfers, and ensure every transaction complies fully with federal and state law.
